Each apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and one bedroom, with plenty of storage areas. The living room and bedroom are carpeted. Each apartment is furnished with a stove, refrigerator, and drapes. Each unit has its own heat pump for heating and cooling. Each apartment has its own hot water heater which is metered separately. The bathrooms are equipped with safety grab bars.
Pineview Heights has an on-site office manager to assist with all of your needs.
Social service coordinator on site to assist with doctor appointments, medical rides, prescription plans, and Medicare. Pineview Heights is subsidized by HUD. HUD income restrictions do apply.

A housekeeper is available Mon-Fri. Housekeeping can change light bulbs and wash drapes as needed.
