Our Services
Kabul Nursing Homes provides a safe, comfortable, and pleasant living environment. Our goal is for each resident to have high-quality care and personal service. This goes hand in hand with our company's vision and mission statement. We strive to meet an individual's medical, spiritual and social needs. We pride ourselves in customer service, compassion, continued improvement, public accountability, respect, and teamwork.
We are a 99-bed licensed skilled nursing facility. All of our beds are dual-certified for Medicare and Medicaid. We have well-trained staff to provide all of the resident's daily needs. We do not use agency staff in any area of our buildings. Most of our team members have been with us for an extended period of time. Our staff cares for your loved ones like family.
Person Centered Care
We focus on the needs of the resident and support them in making their own choices.
Medicare / Medicaid Billing
We bill Medicaid & Medicare along with insurance for covered services.
Restorative Nursing
This services is provided by the facility for those residents that need it. Restorative nursing includes walking, range of motion exercises, bed mobility, transfers, and feeding assistance.
Social Services
We have an in-house Social Services designee to help with setting up appointments, shopping, psycho social needs.
Wound Care
We have an in-house wound care nurse. We also have an outside provider for consultation.
Therapy
We offer In-patient and Out-patient physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.
LAB / X-Ray Services
These services are provided in-house by contracted providers.

Transportation
We provide transportation to medical appointments in the local area.
Security Surveillance
We monitor both our facility and campus with video surveillance.
We also have night maintenance to monitor after hours.
