You can also file a complaint with the Missouri Department of Social Services by filling out the Client/Applicant Complaint of Discrimination form posted online on the DSS website https://dss.mo.gov.  The form can then by emailed to HRC.OCR@dss.mo.gov or mailed to Missouri DSS Office of Civil Rights at P.O.
