Pineview Heights Senior Apartments
Pineview Heights is a newly remodeled five-story high-rise complex, housing 75 apartment units, and nestled in the beautiful Ozarks.
Our first floor has a spacious cafeteria and living room with a big screen TV and a pool table. An organ and piano are also available for our tenants' use. Our roomy dining room serves as a gathering place for meals, card playing, sing-a-longs, and exercise. First floor apartments are handicap accessible with walk-in showers.
Each spacious apartment in our building consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and one bedroom, with plenty of storage areas throughout. The living room and bedroom are carpeted. In each apartment, we furnish a stove, refrigerator, and drapes. Each unit has its own heat pump which cools the apartment in the summer and heats it in the winter. Also, each apartment has its own hot water heater which is metered separately. The bathroom is equipped with safety grab bars.
There are washers and dryers on each floor, except the first and third, and also a garbage disposal chute for trash. Lunch preparations begin in our modern kitchen facility for the noon meal (Monday-Friday) at a charge of 3.00 (guests $5.00). The building also features smoke detectors, 24-hour emergency call system in each apartment, fire alarm system, sprinkler system, and emergency lighting system throughout the entire building.
Rent, which is based on income levels according to HUD guidelines, includes trash, water, and sewer services, and also the first $45 of electricity usage for the month. Our friendly and helpful office staff will gladly calculate a rough estimate of your rent upon request.
